design-project
The prices for the design-project vary depending
on complexity of object. Usually we allocate three
categories of premises:
1 Category. The premises which are not demanding
complex
a lay-out
(the
plan) and style
decisions (typical apartments, offices,
etc.).
Without the profound study of a style stage: 25

The full design-project: 40 u.e/m2
2 Category. The premises, demanding non-standard
approaches to development of a lay-out and the
organization of an interior (not typical apartments,
apartments, offices of public and administrative
premises, banks, etc.).

The full design-project: from 45
u.e/m2
3 Category. The premises having the complex
spatial organization, the style orientation, sated with
the architectural and decorative details demanding
individual study (restoration works, exclusive
apartments, private residences, etc.).

Discounts:
Discounts from the base prices are given
depending on complexity and the area of a premise, to
all constant clients, and also at realization of civil
work by our experts.
"Architectural
supervision" - the Complex of actions which is
carried out for maintenance of conformity of
technological, architectural-stylistic, building and
other technical decisions and parameters of object
entered into operation to decisions and parameters,
stipulated in the design documentation authorized by the
customer.
Architectural supervision assumes scheduled (once
a week) visiting of object for specification of details
of the project and entering of corresponding remarks
into Magazine of manufacture of works, and also the
decision of questions under the design documentation,
arising at the Customer, the building contractor, other
legal and physical persons under the instruction of the
Customer.
The decision of the specified questions can be
made on object or in territory of the Customer or the
Executor.

accessories, fixtures, other details of the interior,
connected to periodic trips of the Executor on shops,
offices of suppliers, exhibitions, etc.
