I. The STAGE. - Development
of the concept of a building.
This stage allows to
lead a provisional estimation of the project and to generate
exact requirements to the further designing. Certainly, it
does not give exact bindings and the sizes, but allows to
choose more exact direction and a course of work.
Development of the
preliminary concept of a building - perhaps, the best if not
a unique way beforehand to estimate and receive
representation about projected object. This stage is
especially important for large objects as allows to avoid
many complexities during the further designing.

II. The
STAGE. - Design working off of the chosen concept.
On the
basis of the authorized concept of a building and the
technical project completion of general plans
( a
lay-out)
, facades,
cuts, etc. is made. It is developed a little bit as much as
possible versatile plan schemes of the
future building. At the given stage as it is offered style
and
kolor
(a
colour score)
the
decision.

III. The STAGE. - the

This stage guarantees strict conformity of
construction and an architectural plan.
